This may sound like a cliche but there is nothing like a well dressed man! When young men show up on your campus well dressed and conducting themselves in an upstanding/respectable manner, people take notice. It sends a message to others across your campus that it's alright to dress nice and be concerned about your appearance. Those enrolled in the program become ambassadors for school events, and become mentors to struggling students. They set an example for others and set the stage for dynamic transformation throughout your school.
